Timeline and Payment

  • Indicative Lead Time: Typically 3 to 5 weeks after design approval (depending on complexity)
  • Payment Terms: 50% after design approval (i.e. to start with casting) and 50% before dispatching
  • Accepted Methods: Credit Card/ PayNow/ Bank Transfer

  • Quotation will be provided after design confirmation
  • Final diamond/ gemstone carats and metal weights may vary marginally based on confirmed weights post-CAD and final stone selections 
  • Any variance will be discussed transparently in advance
